BRASS TACKS

If you want to hire me…
then here are the nuts and bolts of my experience

If you want me to hire you…
then ask me about how I build and grow my teams thoughtfully. Spoiler alert: I’m obsessed with feedback languages and vision-setting.

& if I already work with you…
well hi :) let’s keep making great work together!

BIG PICTURE

I love a good challenge.

When the underdog Chicago Red Stars needed to prove that they were deserving of a new stadium —I helped them shatter NWSL attendance records, taking them from an average 4,848 fans per game to a record-breaking 35,035 fans at a game (in 6 weeks and for barely 100k, mind you).

When a stuck-in-their-ways client needed a push to create better work, I built their trust and made my ambition their ambition. In 6 months we went from expected, saccharine creative to having A-list directors begging to be the fifth bid on a fresh, comedic campaign (ask me about this one).

When a new social account needed to improve process and organization, I rolled up my sleeves and worked with the creative team to build a creative-driven process that enhanced the quality of our work, while also helping us to move at the speed of social.

Whatever the need, whether you’re looking for better work, better client relationships, or better creative leadership, I’m someone you can count on to bring better solutions while leading with lots of heart.

SMALL TALK

First employer:
Blockbuster.

Lucky number:
13. I’ve gone to great lengths to make sure my major life events happen on thirteenth of the month (or the third and tenth to be additive to 13).

Coworkers tease me for:
Making pitch decks for vacations and major purchases.
I have a 100% success rate of winning my husband over.

Skill I most pride myself on:
Being a great gift-giver.

Don’t get me started on:
My Chicago pride. I’m a former boat tour guide with a love for city history. A hot dog enthusiast/Chicago-style purist. I’ll die on the hill that tavern-style is the true Chicago pizza. And I’ll never stop referring to Macy’s as Marshall Field’s.
